4 Hobujaama St Business Complex 

Sales transaction of an A-class office building in the heart of Tallinn was the biggest commercial real estate transaction in Estonia this year.

Seller: Laurus S. à r.l. (fund of Northern Horizon)
Buyer: Colonna Group
Gross leasable area of the prime office building: over 5000 m2
Key tenants: Nordea, Kredex, Viking Line, NG Investeeringud, Workland Estonia.

Männiku StockOffice

Sales transaction of a newly developed stock-office at Männiku tee 104a, where BPT also led the letting services – the occupancy rate prior to the final stage of construction was 100%.

Gross leasable area: over 2500 m2
Number of tenants: 5

Kadaka tee 133/133a

Commercial development project with a unique location suitable for retail and stock-office, where BPT advised on the transaction process, helped to achieve the development volume and put together the concept for the new development.
